Richard K. Salvidio, 66, of Worcester passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016 in his home with his family surrounding him. He is survived by his wife of twenty-three years, Joan (LeBeau) Salvidio. He also leaves a brother James Salvidio; two nephews, Scott Salvidio and his wife Jo of Burlington, MA and Todd Salvidio and his wife Katherine of Canton, IL and a grandniece Claire Salvidio of Burlington, MA. He is predeceased by his step children, Richard, Lisa and Joan Joubert. Richard was born in Worcester a son of James and Clara (Mulvaney) Salvidio.

Mr. Salvidio worked as a shipper-receiver for Regency Warehouse in Worcester prior to his retirement. He graduated from Doherty High School. Besides traveling to the beach, he enjoyed all New England sports and planting vegetable gardens. Richard's heart was large and wide for family, friends and neighbors. His kindness, support and generosity was not only shared but will be missed by many. Being a "wonderful" husband, family member and a genuinely good man will be his longstanding legacy for his loved ones.

The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2016 in DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., following a period of visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.
