Miguel Angel Rosario, 56, of Worcester, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. He leaves his wife and best friend of twenty-seven years, Tina L. (Fontanez) Rosario. He is also survived by his daughters, Tavia Marie Rosario and Lanicka Holley, both of Worcester and Samantha Chung of Tacoma Washington; a grand-daughter, Ja'Niah; brother Jose Luis Rosario and his wife Lisa; sister, Maria Victoria Leon, all of Worcester; nieces and nephews. He was born in Manhattan, NY, a son of Miguel Sr. and Marianita (Vega) Rosario.
Mr. Rosario, a retired Sergeant First Class, United States Army and Army National Guard served in the military for twenty-six years. He was extremely proud of his service sand dedication to his country.
The funeral service with Military honors was held on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. in DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton Street. Calling hours in the funeral home were from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
