WORCESTER____ Heriberto "Eddy" Velazquez, Jr. 53, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2016 in St. Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He is survived by his wife Ana Damudt and four children, Angel Velazquez, Jose Damudt, Keinya Damudt, and Genesis Damudt; and grandchild Yomar Santiago. He also leaves his father, Heribirto Velazquez, Sr., brothers, Juan B. Morales, Fernando Morales, Mario Velazquez, Enrique Velazquez and Roberto Velazquez; a sister Elba Ortiz, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his mother Alicia Carrillo Velazquez and brother Jorge Morales. Mr. Velazquez was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico. He was known throughout his community for his helping hands. He worked as a self-employed handyman throughout the area fixing everything and anything, recently enjoying fixing clocks. Eddy was a great father, husband, brother and friend. He will be truly missed and forever in our hearts.
