Everett Arthur Blodgett, 71, of Worcester died on December 22, 2015 at home surrounded by family and friends. He leaves his wife of five years, Lucille Romanowski; three sons, Philip Blodgett and his wife Nicole of Southbridge, Peter Blodgett and his wife Kelly of Worcester and Everett Blodgett Jr. of East Brookfield; a daughter, Michelle Albrizio and her husband David of Leicester; seven grandchildren, Cameron, Jayden, Cody, Kagan, Kassidy, Casey and Jeremy. He also leaves a brother, Bruce Blodgett and his wife Sandra of Spencer. He was born in Worcester and is predeceased by his loving wife of 29 years Lorna Jean Blodgett, as well as, his sister Judith Messier and both of his parents Everett and Beatrice Blodgett.
Everett was retired and had previously served in the US Army. He was employed by Thom McAn Company in Worcester before its closing, as well as, National Amusements in Worcester. Everett was loved by many and will be missed dearly by his friends and family.
Calling hours in Dirsa-Morin Funeral Home, 298 Grafton Street will be on Saturday, December 26, 2015 from 3:00PM to 5:00 PM concluding with a Memorial Service at 5PM. Entombment in Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum will be private.
