Anna C. Krusas, 99, formerly of Worcester, died Thursday, December 24, 2015 in Golden Living Center-The Hermitage. Her husband of forty six years, Julian Krusas died in 1986. She is survived by her son James J. Krusas and his wife Regina "Cookie" of Sturbridge; three grandchildren, Laurie Krusas-Petersen and her husband H. William and Lynne Snyder and her husband Jeffrey, all of Brimfield, James M. Krusas and his spouse Douglas of Chicago, IL; four great grandchildren, Miranda and Jason Snyder, Ella and JulieAnne Petersen; nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester a daughter of Michael and Helen (Kulwiec) Leos.
Mrs. Krusas worked as a stitcher for PM Manufacturing Company for many years prior to retiring. She was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. She enjoyed sewing, knitting and crocheting. Anna liked to travel and attend programs and events at the Worcester Senior Center. Of all her interests, her favorite indulgence was spending time with her family.
The funeral will be held on Monday December 28, 2015 from HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward Street, Worcester with a Mass at 11:30 A.M. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward Street, Worcester. Entombment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum, Worcester. Calling hours in the funeral home are Monday December 28, 2015 from 10:00 to 11:00A.M.
